Trading during the Coronavirus crisis
We will recommence trading on Monday, May 4th BUT with extensive safety precautions to protect both our customers and staff
CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS – In order to secure social distancing, we have introduced a time-slot booking system for customers wishing to collect their order. This facility is only open for customers who have pre-booked. You can reserve a time-slot by telephone with payment taken during the call. You will be required to submit the registration of the vehicle collecting the goods during the booking process. When you wish to return items at the end of the hire you will also need to pre-book a time-slot.

• All consumables are purchased on a non-returnable basis
• Customers must have the means to lift, load & move equipment, no assisted lifting or loading with our customers is permitted
• No product demonstrations are available
• Card payment only, we DO NOT take cash or cheques at this time. All payment/refunds will take place remotely.
We trust our customers appreciate the circumstances we now find ourselves in; we feel it is not possible to operate safely and efficiently during this period without making these changes to minimise the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.
